Early Registration: Deadline is October 20, 2011.
Late Registration and On-Site Registration: Registration applications postmarked after October 20, 2011 will be processed on site.
CEU’s: FEHI is not an ASHA approved CEU provider. If you choose to obtain credit for attending a session presented at FEHI you must stay through the entire session to receive a certificate of attendance. FEHI does not keep a record of your attendance at individual sessions. Should you be audited by ASHA or the State of Florida you will need to have documentation of your attendance.
In-Service Points or Master Plan Points: Participants wishing to use the FEHI sessions for points towards renewal of a teaching certificate should make arrangements with their district staff development office PRIOR to attending FEHI. Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants at the end of the day on Saturday November 5. The agenda is available for download.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please contact Robin Harwell NO LATER than October 20, 2011. No reimbursements will be available for cancellations made after November 8. No-shows will invoiced. Substitutions from the same agency or school will be accepted with prior notification. Hotel Accommodation: FEHI has negotiated special rates with the conference hotel, Westin, Lake Mary. To be assured a room at the special rate of $109.00 + tax, (including breakfast) please reserve your room by October 20, 2011. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
